　　I watched Feng Xiaogang’s new movie Banquet a few days ago, but I could not finish. And I was told by my friends that Feng’s Chinese Hamlet was much better than Chen Kaige’s Promise, a laughing stock among many ordinary viewers and professional film reviewers. Both Feng and Chen have been the top directors in China nowadays, but why can’t they, with tens of millions of RMB Yuan, direct and produce satisfactory movies? Are we too hard on them?
